| Ingredients
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened |
Directions
In a bowl stir together the cream cheese, Sechler’s Sweet Pickle liquid, and pecans. Spread on half of the Secher’s Sweet Bread and Butter Cucumber Slices. Top with the remaining slices. Cover and chill up to 3 hours. Makes 12 appetizers. |

Pickle Kabobs These colorful mini kabobs add a fun touch to any occasion. Alternate slices of raw carrot and Sechler’s Hamburger Dills on toothpicks. Chill several hours in dill pickle liquid. Use the kabobs as appetizers or as a spear in a sandwich or salad as a garnish. |

Shrimp In A Pickle Cooked shrimp soaks up the sweetness of the pickle liquid. Like to try a different flavor? Use another of Sechler’s fine pickles. Combine 1/2 pound cooked, shelled and deveined shrimp with 1/2 cup Sechler’s Sweet Pickle liquid. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Drain and serve with cocktail picks. Makes about 15 appetizers. |
