Sweet sliced tomatoes

All your products are great but for my taste, I prefer a more firm, crunchy, not so sweet & alot more spicy. My mother pickled green tomatoes with onions & they had a little kick.
Do you make a not so sweet pickled tomato, she quartered them so they were crunchy.
